摘要
目的:探讨蛇床子散加减辨治阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,对照组予以甲硝唑治疗,观察组予以蛇床子散加减辨治,治疗后比较两组临床疗效。结果:对照组的痊愈9例(25.71%),显效11例(31.43%),有效7例(20.00%),无效8例(22.86%),有效率为77.14%;观察组的痊愈22例(62.86%),显效9例(25.71%),有效3例(8.57%),无效1例(2.86%),有效率为97.14%。就治疗前在中医症状积分比较无明显差异性(P>0.05),但是治疗后对照组在阴部瘙痒、灼热疼痛、白带增多、脓性等分泌物的积分分别为(1.13±0.55)分、(0.62±0.28)分、(0.81±0.18)分、(0.74±0.12)分;而观察组在相对应的中医症状积分分别为(0.45±0.11)分、(0.27±0.16)分、(0.46±0.13)分、(0.20±0.05)分,两组比较差异性明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:蛇床子散方加减辨治阴道炎疗效显著。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Cnidium Scattered Prescription in treating vaginitis. Methods： 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups,and the control group was given metronidazole treatment,and the observation group was treated with modified Cnidium Scattered Prescription,and comparison the effect of the two groups after treatment. Results： In the control group,9 cases were cured（ 25. 71%）,11 cases were excellent（ 31. 43%）,7 cases were effective（ 20. 00%）,8 cases were invalid（ 22. 86%）,the effective rate was 77. 14%; In the observation group,22 cases were cured（ 62. 86%）,9 cases were excellent（ 25. 71%）,3 cases were effective（ 8. 57%）,1 case was invalid（ 2. 86%）,the effective rate was 97. 14%. TCM symptom score on the pre-treatment on no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）,but after treatment control group in the perineal itching,burning pain,increased vaginal discharge,the purulent secretions integral were（ 1. 13 ± 0. 55） points,（ 0. 62 ± 0. 28） points,（ 0. 81 ± 0. 18） points,（ 0. 74 ± 0. 12） points; the observation group in the corresponding TCM symptom score were（ 0. 45 ± 0. 11） points,（ 0. 27 ± 0. 16） points,（ 0. 46 ± 0. 13） points,（ 0.20 ±0.05） points,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Cnidium Scattered Prescription in treating vaginitis satisfactory has good clinical effect.
