摘要
纹波是直流电源品质的重要评定参数。选用真有效值交/直流转换器AD637为电路核心,针对小纹波测试,在隔离掉直流成分对信号进行放大时,由于放大器有限的带宽,会导致信号衰减引起误差。针对不同频率段的纹波,设计了不同频带范围的2阶滤波放大电路,并结合不同频带的等效修正系数,对相应的纹波分量进行修正。实验表明,该方法可以减小纹波测试中由于放大器带宽引起的测量误差。
Ripple was an important parameter in DC power quality evaluation. The true RMS-to-DC Converter AD637 was chosen as the core of the circuit. According to the small ripple test, after isolated DC component, the operational amplifier was used to amplify the signal. Some errors would be caused by the limited bandwidth of the amplifier because of signal attenuation. Second-order filtering amplifier circuit aimed at the ripple of different frequency band was designed and combined with equivalent correction factor of different frequency band to correct corresponding ripple component. The experiment result shows that this method can reduce the measuring error caused by the limited bandwidth of amplifier in DC ripple test.
