摘要
俄罗斯是松子的重要产地,其对松子的研究的也比较多。本文从松子的化学成分,松子的物理特性以及松子仁、松子膜衣和松子的加工利用情况进行了综述。
Russia is an important production region of pine nuts and has many researches on them. In this paper, summarizes from the chemical composition, physical characteristics of pine nuts, pine nuts, pine film-coated and as well as the processing utilization situations of pine nuts.
