摘要
针对水基钻井液钻遇盐水层、石膏层、水泥塞时,遭遇高钙污染后导致钻井液流变性、滤失造壁性恶化等问题,室内合成了一种抗高温高钙抑制剂ZTL-1.实验结果表明:ZTL-1分子结构中含有高价金属阳离子螯合基团和磺酸基水化基团,使其具有良好抗温性(160℃)和抗钙性能(40g/L);ZTL-1具有“螯合+护胶”双重功效,当钙离子侵入浓度为40 g/L时,通过屏蔽作用ZTL-1可使滤液中钙离子含量减少85.5%,ZTL-1能抑制钙离子压缩膨润土颗粒扩散双电层的作用,使Zeta电位负电性从-2.16 mV增强到-28.21 mV,从而保证澎润土颗粒的水化分散,保持ZTL-1加量为0.75%,随着钙离子浓度从0增加到11.1%,粒径在100~300 nm之间的黏土颗粒数基本保持不变,该测定结果也证明ZTL-1有护胶作用;其与钻井液的配伍性好,有一定的提黏、提切效果,还具有明显的降滤失作用.
When drilling saltwater zone, gypsum and cement, the contamination of drilling fluid by calcium, sometimes very high concentrations, seemed to be a major concern. Drilling fluid contaminated by calcium results in poor rheology and bad mud cake. ZTL-1, a rheology modifier for high temperature and high calcium use, was developed in laboratory. At concentrations of 0.5%-0.75%, ZTL-1 effectively protect the bentonite slurry to have good rheology, even after aging at 160 ℃. ZTL-1 works in two ways; chelation and colloid protection. It functions well at calcium concentration of up to 40,000 mg/L and can reduce the calcium by 85.5% by chelation. With ZTL-1, calcium's ability to compress the electric double layer of bentonite particles is inhibited, increasing the Zeta-potential of bentonite particles from-2.16 mV to-28.21 mV, ensuring the hydration and dispersion of bentonite particles. At concentration of 0.75% of ZTL-1, increasing the calcium concentration from 0-11.1%, three peaks are shown on the particle size distribution curve of bentonite, and the numbers of bentonite particles with sizes ranging from 100-300 nm are relatively stabilized. ZTL-1 is well compatible with other drilling fluid additives regularly used.
