摘要
井控工作是保障井下作业施工安全的基础,如何保障井下作业安全平稳运行,处理好井控安全与生产进度、以及施工质量之间的关系,是摆在井下作业监督面前的一个重要的命题。通过对长庆油田采油一厂在井控安全监督管理方面的实践进行分析和总结,以各项制度为规范,通过现场督导、持续整改、责任追究等多种方式,紧扣井下作业生产各个环节,探讨和创新井控安全方面的监督方法,达到消减井下作业过程中的安全隐患、实现井控安全的目的。
Well control is the basis of downhole operation safety, it is an important problem to downhole operation supervision how to deal with the relationship of well control safety with production schedule and construction quality. The practice of No. 1 Oil Production Plant, Changqing Oilfield Company in well control safety supervision and management is analyzed and summed up, and the innova- tions in well control safety supervision ways are discussed from site supervision, continuous improvement and responsibility investigat- ing based on various systems in order to reduce the security risks.
