摘要
为定量评价机场水泥混凝土道面板板下脱空程度,结合机场水泥混凝土道面结构及弯沉测试的实际,通过采用有限元方法分析了板底脱空范围随板边/板中及板角/板中弯沉比、接缝弯沉比传递系数、地基板相对刚度半径的变化规律,得到水泥混凝土道面板底脱空范围的定量分析模型,在此基础上提出基于现有机场道面弯沉测试的板底脱空范围定量评估方法及流程。分析表明弯沉比不仅与板底脱空尺寸有关,还受到接缝传荷能力、地基板相对刚度半径的影响,不能仅通过弯沉比一个参数判断板底脱空。
To quantitatively evaluate extent of airport void beneath slab,combining with the structure of airport cement concrete pavement and the deflection test. By using finite element method,the change regularities of void dimension beneath slab with deflection ratios,transfer coefficient of joint deflection ratio,and relative stiffness radius of plate edge /plate center and plate angle /plate center are analysed,and the quantitative analysis model of void dimension beneath cement concrete pavement slab are obtained. On this basis,the quantitative assessment method and process of void dimension beneath slab based on the existing airport pavement deflection test are proposed. The analysis shows that deflection ratio is not only related to void size,but also related to the influence of joint load transfer ability and relative stiffness radius of foundation slab,thus,the void beneath slab cannot be judged only by deflection ratio.
