摘要
以高瓦斯矿井王坡煤矿大断面厚煤层巷道3205回风巷道为研究对象,分析了高瓦斯和大断面煤巷围岩稳定性对巷道安全高效掘进的影响,采取了巷道走向超前钻孔和瓦斯释放孔协同作用的边掘边抽瓦斯防治措施以及高预应力高强度锚杆索支护技术。现场实践表明:该技术有效杜绝了巷道掘进面和回风流瓦斯浓度超限现象,保证了巷道围岩的稳定性,实现了高瓦斯大断面煤巷的安全快速掘进。
Based on the condition of 3205 large section return airway in thick coal seam in Wangpo coal mine, the paper analyzed the impact of high gas concentration and surrounding rock stability, in coal roadway with large section, to safe and efficient drivage, and proposed the gas prevention and control measures of gas drainage while drivage and supporting technology with high pre - stressed high strength bolt and anchor, based on the synergistic effect of advance borehole along strike and gas release hole. Site practice show, that gas concentration over limit phenomenon was effectively avoided in driving face and return air current, applying the proposed technology, and the stability of the surrounding rock is guaranteed, realizing the rapid and safety excavation of coal roadway with large section in high gas mine.
