摘要
传感器现场校准测试系统用于对运载火箭装配的脉冲频率输出式压力传感器的静态性能、压力开关及磁敏行程开关传感器的静态和动态性能进行测试,此测试系统解决装箭状态下压力开关响应时间测试问题。电气系统基于RS-232串口通信上、下位机模式。下位机软件功能模块间接口清晰,提高了软件的可扩展性、可移植性和可维护性,且源代码易于理解。
This transducer calibration test system is used to test static performance of pressure transducers with pulse frequency output and static dynamic performance of pressure switch and magnetic field travel switch. All three transducers had already been assembled on rocket.Under the circumstances,the transducer calibration test system had solved the problem of response time testing of pressure switches. The electric system adopted upper /lower computers mode,which communicate with each other by RS-232 serial interface. We clarified the interface between the function modules,improved the scalability,portability and maintainability,and made the source code easy to comprehend.
