摘要
目的 :在手工书写的传统纸质病案转向计算机打印的网上病案的新形势下 ,探索网上病案质量管理方法 ,促进病案质量的提高。方法 :通过医院医疗质量实时控制系统 ,对网上病案质量进行实时监控分析。结果 :网上病案普遍存在时限缺陷 ;书写质量缺陷 ,尤其是不良拷贝、格式缺乏统一规范等问题。结论 :通过提高质量意识、建立健全规章制度、进行网上病案质量实时控制等 ,以切实加强网上病案质量管理 。
Objective: To discover the management way of the case history quality on the net and raise the quality of the case history in new circumstance from writing to typewriting. Methods: Give real time controlling and analysis on the net through the real time controlling system. Results: The case history on the net have defaults as time, writing quality, especially bad copy and lacking the same format. Conclusion: It is necessary to enforce the quality management of the case history on the net through raising the sense of quality, improving the regulations and giving the real time controlling.
