摘要
试验旨在研究代谢有机酸对不同类型鸡生长性能和血液生化指标的影响。选择28日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡、黄羽肉鸡、白羽蛋鸡各112只,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加代谢有机酸产品,使日粮代谢有机酸浓度为1 000 mg/kg,试验期28 d。结果表明:1AA肉仔鸡试验组日增重、饲料效率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);黄羽肉鸡试验组日增重有提高趋势(P=0.056);白羽蛋鸡的日增重无显著性变化(P〉0.05)。2白羽蛋鸡试验组总蛋白含量显著升高、尿酸含量显著降低(P〈0.05)。3AA肉仔鸡试验组血清免疫球蛋白A、总免疫球蛋白显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);黄羽肉鸡、白羽蛋鸡试验组免疫球蛋白与对照组相比无显著差异(P〉0.05)。由此可见:对于28~56日龄的不同类型鸡种,添加1 000 mg/kg代谢有机酸对AA肉仔鸡的促生长效果明显高于其他两种鸡,且可提高机体氮的利用效率,具体效果与鸡生长速度成一定的相关性。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of metabolic organic acids on perfor- mance, blood biochemical parameters of male chicks. One hundred and twelve 28-day-old broiler(they are Arbor Acres chicks, Chinese Color-feathered chicks and egg-type chicks, respectively)with similar initial body weight (P〉0.05) were divided into 2 groups with four replications per group according to a completely random design. The control group was fed with a basal diet, the experimental groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 1 000 mg/kg metabolic organic acid. The feeding trial lasted for 28 days. The results showed as follows: ① Compared with control group, ADG and feed efficiency of AA broiler experiment group were increased (P〈0.05); ADG and feed efficiency of Chinese Colorfeathered chicks experiment group were increased(P=0.056). ②Compared with the control group, sup-plementation of 1 000 mg/kg metabolic organic acid significantly increased serum TP and decreased UA of egg-type chicks aged 56 days(P〈 0.05). ③ The total content of serum immunoglobulin and IgA of AA broiler experimentgroup was significantly increased compared with the control group (P〈0.05). It is concluded that compared with other two chicks for 28-56-day-old, 1 000 mg/kg metabolic organic acid can significantly improve performance for AA broiler, and promote protein deposition.
