摘要
对中部槽工作环境和工作状态进行分析,得出了其在三种主要工况(推溜、拉架、运输)下的受力以及失效情况,并针对中部槽失效提出了两项预防措施:(1)将溜槽材料改为40Mn2钢冷轧板;(2)在中部槽易磨损部位进行等离子熔覆处理。两种方法对于提高中部槽可靠性具有较好的效果。
This paper analyzed the central groove work environment and working condition, get the stress and failure status under the three main conditions (push, pull, transport), aimed at the middle groove failure, and put forward two preventive measures: (1) substitute 40Mn2 steel cold rolling plate for the chute material; (2) in the wearing parts of the central groove by plasma cladding. Two methods have a good effect for improving the reliability of the central groove.
