摘要
文章基于中国社会生活的特质、中国市场资源的分配机制和中国经济社会改革转型的时代背景,指出信任是社会资本的核心要素和重要形式,分析了信任结构由特殊信任和普遍信任组成,它与中小企业发展质量紧密相关,深刻影响着中小企业的内部管理机制、内外部资源交换和环境适应能力。中小企业在"质"和"量"上拥有丰富的信任型社会资本,能够提升企业的发展质量,实现企业的转型升级。
Based on the basic peculiarities in Chinese society,the allocating resources system of the market and the economy reform and society transformation,this paper pointed out that trust is the core element and important form of social capital.And particularistic trust and universalistic trust form its structure together.The operation of its structure has contact with development quality in small and medium enterprises closely.And it has great influence on the internal management, resource exchange and environmental adaptation.Abundant social capital will bring great benefits to the improvement of development quality and reforming promotion.
