脑毒清颗粒对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠SOD、MDA及hs-CRP含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察脑毒清颗粒对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量的影响,探讨脑毒清颗粒对脑缺血再灌注损伤治疗的作用机制。方法应用线栓法复制脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型(MCAO),2 h后抽取线栓对大鼠进行脑缺血再灌注,进行神经功能缺损程度评分,分别于12、24、48h 3个时间点观察大鼠血清SOD、MDA、hs-CRP含量的变化。结果与模型组比较,脑毒清组大鼠神经功能缺损评分明显下降,大鼠血清SOD含量增多,MDA含量减少,hs-CRP含量减少。结论脑毒清颗粒具有明显改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用,其机制与大鼠血清SOD、MDA及hs-CRP变化有关。 Objective: To observe the effect and mechanism of Naoduqing Granules on SOD,MDA and hs-CRP contents of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury rats model. Methods: Animal model of focal cerebral ischemia was established by using suture method in mature SD rats. Neurological severity scores as well as the activity of MDA, SOD, hs-CRP in brain tissue of cerebral ischemia after 12,24, and 48 hours were detected. Results: Com- pared with model group,level of SOD was increased and level of MDA and hs-CRP were decreased with signifi- cant statistical differences. Conclusion: Naoduqing Granules has obvious ameliorating effect on rats with focal cerebral ischemia,which is caused by reduction of SOD, MDA and hs-CRP contents.
