迁钢公司2160mm热连轧机带钢局部高点产生机理与解决措施

摘要 介绍了迁钢公司2160mm热轧机组带钢局部高点的特性,通过分析辊间接触压力、轧制计划编排、工作辊热凸度等因素对带钢局部高点的影响规律,提出了优化末机架工作辊辊形、合理编排轧制计划、严格冷却水喷嘴管理制度、控制工作辊热凸度、调整精轧轧制工艺等措施,改善了工作辊的不均匀磨损程度,使带钢局部高点控制水平得到很大提高。 The characteristic of strip ridge in 2 160 mm Hot Rolling Mill of Qian'an Iron and Steel Company was introduced in this paper. By analyzing the influence of contact pressure between rolls, rolling schedule and thermal crown of the work roll on the generation of ridge, including optimizing work roll contour curve in F6 stand, applying reasonable rolling schedule, strictly managing the use of cooling water spray nozzle, controlling work roll thermal crown and adjusting the finishing roiling process, etc., were put forward. Therefore, the uneven wear of work roll was lightened, and the control level of strip ridge was improved significantly.
