摘要
采取相互印证的研究方式,从发包承包企业的委托-代理博弈的视角,构建了基于CMMI的企业软件外包全过程风险管理结构方程模型。将结构方程模型路径图中的载荷系数作为风险权重系数录入CMMI的风险管理数据库,对软件外包全过程的风险因素进行了控制和评估,指出发包企业在注重软件外包过程性风险的同时,更要关注自身风险管理,以促进软件外包产业的持续健康发展。
This paper builds enterprise' s risk management structure equation modeling of software outsourcing entire process with crossover study, which under the perspective of principal-agent game and based on the theory of CMMI. The paper inputs load factors in the path diagram of SEM as risk weighting factors into the risk management database based on CMMI, control and estimate the risk factors of software outsourcing entire process. Based on the research, this paper proposes that the entrusting party should pay more attention to their own risks when focusing on the risks of software outsourcing process, in order to promote sustainable and healthy development of software outsourcing industry.
