化学去龋在医院船儿童龋病治疗中的疗效评估

摘要 目的:探讨在医院船对外医疗服务中使用化学机械去龋方法治疗儿童龋病的效果及可行性。方法选择医院船收治的有中龋患牙的儿童78例,随机均分为实验组和对照组,观察组采用化学机械去龋法,对照组采用常规牙钻磨牙去龋法,去龋后两组均采用光固化复合树脂充填患牙,观察临床效果。结果实验组39例患儿均完成治疗,无痛30例,轻微痛8例,明显疼痛1例;对照组38例患儿完成治疗,无痛9例,轻微痛22例,明显疼痛7例。结论化学机械去龋法是一种安全有效的无痛去龋技术,适合医院船对外医疗服务中儿童龋病的治疗。 Objective To investigate the curative effects and feasibility of chemo-mechanical caries removal in treatment of caries for children performed on hospital ship . Methods When the hospital ship“Peace Ark”was offering medical services abroad, 78 foreign children with coronal carious lesions extending into mid-dentin were randomly divided into 2 equal groups:experiment group undergoing dropping of CarisolvTM gel into the carious cavities and then scoraping and removing of the carious tissues, and control group with the carious tissues removed by conventional drill grinding technique. All the cavities were filled with light-cured composite resin. The pain degree, and degree of cooperation of the children were evaluated. Results Treatment was completed in all 39 children of the experiment group with only one child failing to behave cooperatively;and treatment was completed in 38 children of the control group with 6 children failing to behave cooperatively. The pain degree of the experiment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05);however, the degree od cooperation of the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Rather painless and without needing large dentist equipment, chemo-mechanical caries removal, eg., with CarisolvTM gel, is safe, comfortable, and effective in treatment of caries for children, particularly on hospital ship.
