摘要
我国大型船舶、重型机车、汽车、航空航天、工程机械等国民经济重要领域急需的大功率船用柴油机活塞加工用变椭圆车床亟待研发。设计一种用于加工大直径活塞的车床专用夹具,并对其进行了三维建模与有限元仿真分析,证明该夹具设计合理,能够满足工作需要。
It is in urgent need of R D with varying ellipse machining lathe for high-power marine diesel engine piston,which are imperative in important economic areas,such as large vessels,heavy motorcycle,automotive,aerospace and construction machinery,and others in China. A special fixture using for the processing of large-diameter piston lathe was designed,and its three-dimensional(3-D) modeling and finite element simulation analysis(FEA) were carried out. It is proved that the rational design of the fixture can meet the work requirements.
