摘要
患者分类系统起源于19世纪60年代,其分类方法包括原型分类系统、因素型分类系统、混合型分类系统。我国现行的患者分类系统属于原型分类系统,在其制定和使用的近60年时间里从未改变,难以适应新技术不断创新、医疗卫生事业改革不断深入的当今医疗环境。改善原有的或建立新的患者分类方法,提高护士在为健康服务中独立思考、决策和行动的空间,已经成为我国同时也是世界护理发展的目标与潮流。
Patient classification systems originated from 1860 s,which included phototype system,factor type system,and mixed type system.Current patient classification system in our country is the phototype system,and has no change during the 60 years since its first application,which can not adapt to today＇s medical environment.We＇d better improve the original patient classification system,or create a new one,to make nurses thinking and making decisions by themselves,which is a new nursing trend in the world.
