摘要
目的:观察中药内服配合关节腔冲洗治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效。方法:将120例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组60例与对照组60例,治疗组为独活寄生汤内服,1剂/d,分两次服用,同时结合膝关节腔内冲洗,在局部麻醉下放置引流装置,用黄瑞香注射液、红花注射液、膝骨关节炎冲洗液等药冲洗,每周1次,连续5次为1个疗程,对照组60例给予单纯应用黄瑞香注射液、红花注射液、膝骨关节炎冲洗液等药冲洗,每周1次,连续5次为1疗程。结果:随访结果显示,两组疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为95.26%,对照组为80.12%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:这种治疗方法简便易行,适应范围广,是中医药治疗本症一种新疗法,临床治疗效果明显优于单纯的关节腔冲洗治疗,具有临床推广意义。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus joint cavity rinse on knee osteoarthritis.Methods： 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group, given the Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus joint cavity rinse, and control group, given joint cavity rinse solo. Results： The total efficacy in treatment group was 95.26%, obviously higher than 80.12% in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus joint cavity rinse was effective on knee osteoarthritis,and is worthy of clinical application.
