摘要
使用ClustalX 2.0和MEGA 4.1软件对从宜宾芽菜中分离出的9株细菌(AY,AZ,AH,AI,AJ,AK,AL,AG,AO)的16SrDNA序列进行比对、分析,并绘制系统发育树。经鉴定,该9个菌株可分为3个种群,其中AY,AZ,AH,AL,AK,AJ这6个菌为第一种群;AO,AI为第二种群;AG为第三种群。结果表明:利用16SrDNA序列的分子生物学方法可以实现细菌菌群的快速分类鉴定,与传统方法相比具有简便、快速等优点。
Using ClustalX 2.0 and MEGA 4.1 software to compare, analyze, and draw the phylogenetic tree on 9 strains of bacteria isolated from Yibin sprouts of (AY,AZ,AH,AI,AJ,AK, AL,AG,AO)16S rDNA sequence.After identification,the 9 strains could be divided into 3 popula-tions,among which,AY,AZ,AH,AL,AK,AJ these six bacteria are the first population;AO,AI are the second population;AG is the third population.The results show that using the method of molecular biology of 16S rDNA sequence can realize the classification and identification of bacteria,it is simple and fast compared with the traditional method.
