摘要
在广泛调查的基础上，文章对汕头市科技人员利用文献的情况，对各种情报服务方式的评价等，进行了分析研究。作者认为应加强文献收集；开展多种形式的文献服务；加强用户研究和培训等。
Based on an extensive survey, the paper appraises the condition of document utilisation by sci-tech personnel in Shantou City and the various modes of information service oftered in addition to doing some analytical study. The authors consider that document acquisition should be strengthened, document service offered should be multiple in form,and user research and training should be enhanced.
