2-氟-4-甲基吡啶-5-硼酸频那醇酯的合成工艺研究

摘要 介绍了2-氟-4-甲基吡啶-5-硼酸频那醇酯的合成工艺。以2-氟-4-甲基-5-溴吡啶和异丙醇频那醇硼酸酯为原料,采用正丁基锂法经一步直接合成得到标题化合物,并经MS和1HNMR进行了结构表征。本合成路线操作方便,收率较高,适合工业化生产。收率为62。 An important intermediate of medicine drugs was realized and manufactured from 5-bromo-2-fluoro-4-methylpyridine via one step. The program is suitable for industrial production. The product yield was 62 %. And its structure was verified by MS and 1H NMR.
