摘要
目的对肺移植中出现缺血再灌注肺损伤,采用缺血预处理联合缺血后处理对其产生的影响进行分析。方法将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组大鼠、模型组大鼠、缺血预处理组大鼠、缺血后处理组大鼠以及联合处理组大鼠。除假手术组外,其余组建立缺血再灌注肺损伤模型。结果大鼠肺组织的干质量比例情况、丙二醛物质及髓过氧化物酶物质的含量,联合处理组大鼠同缺血预处理组以及缺血后处理组大鼠相比出现下降,比较结果具有统计学差异(P<0.05),大鼠肺组织中超氧化物歧化酶的活性程度三个组经过比较,联合处理组活性程度升高,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论肺缺血再灌注损伤应用缺血预处理联合缺血后处理能够对肺组织损伤起到累积保护效应,使损伤程度大大减轻。
Objective To analyze the influence of ischemic treatment for lung transplant ischemia-reperfusion lung injury. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into the model group,the ischemic preconditioning group,the treated rats after ischemia group and the sham operation group. Except the sham group,the rest groups were established ischemia-reperfusion lung injury models. Results There were significant differences in proportion of dry mass of lung tissue in rats,MDA and myeloperoxidase substances between the combined treatment group and the post-conditioning group( P〈0. 05). The activity of superoxide dismutase in lung tissues was the highest in the combined treatment group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The application of lung ischemia-reperfusion injury after ischemic preconditioning combined treatment has cumulatively protective effect on lung,so that it can greatly reduce the extent of damage.
