关节镜下治疗症状性外侧盘状半月板39例 被引量：9

摘要 盘状半月板是半月板软骨畸形异常,近似圆形,高度和宽度变大,体部如同盘样,也被称为盘状软骨。它的结构同正常半月板不同,因此楔形填充作用不复存在,造成关节解剖畸形和功能障碍,且易损伤,进而导致一系列的临床症状。我科从2012年10月到2014年6月,关节镜下治疗39例有症状的膝关节外侧盘状半月板损伤的患者,术后随访膝关节功能恢复满意。分析如下。
