摘要
工程项目的施工进度管理直接体现了建筑单位的管理水平。施工单位若能在相对较短的工期内保质保量地完成建设任务,则能有效地为自身在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地增加筹码。本文对施工进度管理的重要性及其应用进行了分析。
The construction progress management of enginee-ring project directly embodies the management level of constr-uction unit. If the construction units can complete the constru-ction task with good quality in a relatively short time, then the construction units can ef ectively put themselves in an impreg-nable position in the fierce competition to increase chip. This article analyzes the importance and application of the constru-ction schedule management.
