摘要
目的建立保健食品中非法添加的12种镇静安神类化学药物的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法以Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为分离柱;甲醇-乙腈-0.5%甲酸(28∶14∶58)为流动相;检测波长为230 nm,分离12种镇静安神类化学药物,用二极管阵列检测器(DAD)扫描光谱进行确证。结果 12种镇静安神类化学药物实现了同时分离与专属性鉴别,在相应的浓度范围具有良好线性关系(r≥0.999),回收率在94.2%~101.7%之间,检出限为0.612 ng^12.0 ng,定量限为1.52 ng^33.6 ng。利用本法从11批样品中检出2批非法添加化学药物。结论本方法准确、灵敏、快速,可用于保健食品中非法添加的12种镇静安神类化学药物的定性筛查和定量测定。
Objective To develop a method for detection of 12 sedative -hypnotic agents in healthy foods by HPLC with DAD detection. Methods Separations were performed on Agilent Zorbax SB - C18 column with the mobile phase of methanol - ace- tonitrile -0.5% formic acid (28 : 14 : 58) ,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. DAD scanning spectra were used for i- dentification. Results 12 sedative - hypnotic agents were well separated and clearly identified by DAD - HPLC. Good lineari- ty was obtained in a wide range and the correlation was greater than 0.999. The average recovery rate was 94.2% - 101.7%. LOD and LOQ were from 0.612 ng - 12.0 ng and from 1.52 ng-33.6 ngrespectively. Two batches illegally added chemicals had been successfully detected among 11 batches of samples. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive, rapid, and pro- vides a reliable way for detecting 12 sedative - hypnotic agents illegally added in healthy foods. "
