摘要
目的探讨激活蛋白-2α的表达与鼻咽癌预后的关系,为指导个体化治疗提供依据。方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测激活蛋白-2α在鼻咽癌组织切片中的表达情况,并结合鼻咽癌患者的临床病理因素及预后进行分析。结果激活蛋白-2α在129例鼻咽癌组织切片中,阳性表达率为87.6%(113/129),阴性率、低度表达率、中度表达率、高度表达率分别为12.4%(16/129),21.7%(28/129),40.3%(52/129),25.6%(33/129)。单因素分析显示激活蛋白-2α表达性质与鼻咽癌的总生存时间相关,激活蛋白-2α表达阳性的患者5年生存率高于表达阴性的患者,两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.049)。多因素分析结果显示,临床分期是鼻咽癌的独立预后因素(P=0.012)。结论激活蛋白-2α在鼻咽癌发生、发展中具有重要作用。激活蛋白-2α在分期较高的组织中阳性率更高,同时阳性表达的患者更易发生远处转移。提示激活蛋白-2α可能是鼻咽癌的一个预后分子指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and activation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma prognosis protein-2α ,and to provide the basis for guiding individual treatment. Methods Immunohistochemical detection of activator protein-2α in nasopharyngeal expres-sion in tissue sections, combined with clinicopathological factors and prognosis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were ana-lyzed. Results The positive rate,negative rate,low expression rate,moderate expression rate and high expression rate of the activator pro-tein-2αin 129 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue sections were 87. 6%(113/129),12. 4%(16/129),21. 7%(28/129),40. 3%(52/129),25. 6%(33/129),respectively. Univariate analysis showed that the expression of activator protein-2α nature was associated with overall survival of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Activator protein-2αexpression negative patients had lower five-year survival rate than patients with positive expression. The difference was statistically significant (P =0. 049). Multivariate analysis showed that clinical stage was independent prognostic factor of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (P=0. 012). Conclusions The activator protein-2α has played an important role in the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Positive rate of activator protein-2αis higher in tis-sues at higher clinical stage, and patients with positive expression are more likely to have distant metastases . Therefore,activator pro-tein-2α may be a prognostic molecular marker of NPC.
