摘要
近年来,艾滋病感染人数急剧增加,已成为威胁人类健康的重大疾病。为了解抗人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)药物的研究现状和发展趋势,对Thomson Reuters Integrity数据库中收录的抗HIV药物信息进行统计,从药物发展阶段、药物类型、作用靶点和天然来源类型等方面进行分析。研究发现,抗HIV药物大多处于生物测定阶段,生物制品在药物类型中占绝对优势,作用靶点大多数是针对HIV复制周期中的关键酶,抗HIV药物的天然来源以植物为主,天然产物是未来重要的发展方向。
In recent years,the number of HIV infections increases sharply, which has become a major disease threatening the human health. In order to understand the research status quo and the development trend of anti- HIV drugs, the anti- HIV drugs information included in the Thomson Reuters Integrity database was performed the statistics for conducting the analysis on the aspects of the devel- opment stage of drugs, drug types, effect targets and natural source type. The study finds that most of the anti- HIV drugs are in the stage of biological testing;the biological products occupies the absolute superiority;the most effect targets aim at the key enzymes in the HIV replication cycle; natural sources of anti- HIV drugs are dominated by plants. The natural products are the important development direction in future.
