摘要
为实现高效高质地批量数控加工石墨气泵轮子,分析了数控车床结构,说明其加工工艺范围及其不能加工轴向沟槽、孔内键槽的不足,提出了易于工件定位安装、简化工序、适于连续加工石墨气泵转子的工装设计,并编写了相应的数控加工程序,实现了在数控车床上批量生产石墨气泵转子。通过设计改进数控车床工装,可拓展其工艺范围,能大幅度提高加工能力,具有较高的实用价值。
The consumption of graphite pump wheels with acid corrosion resistance is great, and the processing technology is complicated. In order to process high-quality graphite pump wheels in batches efficiently, this paper analyzes the structure of the CNC lathe, introduces its processing range and its disadvantages of not being able to process axial grooves or hole keyways, and thus puts forward a tooling design, which is easy to be positioned and installed, to simplify the working process and to continuously process graphite pump wheels. A numerical control program is written to implement the batch production of graphite pump wheels on the CNC lathe. By improving the tooling design of the CNC lathe, it is able to expand its technology scope and to improve its processing capacity greatly, which presents relatively high practical value.
