摘要
目的探讨在加强医疗器械管理的同时,如何发挥医院感染预防与控制中的作用,降低医疗器械感染风险,保障患者医疗安全。方法通过医疗器械引进、使用和维护过程中,加强医院感染了解,增加感染控制仪器引进,分析采购医疗器械与使用过程中便于消毒灭菌等的相关需求。结果医疗器械管理人员增强了医院感染预防控制意识,关注医疗器械引进使用和维护中的感染预防控制行为,形成一套规范的采购标准,增加了医疗器械管理人员防范感染风险和医疗器械风险的能力。结论医疗器械管理人员在采购医疗器械过程管理中,应将医疗器械医院感染管理纳入采购评审标准中,为医院标准化管理和患者医疗安全服务。
OBJECTIVE To strengthen the management of medical devices so as to control the nosocomial infections ,reduce the risk of medical devices-associated infections ,and ensure the safety of patients .METHODS The understanding of control of nosocomial infections was intensified during the introduction ,application ,or maintenance of the medical devices so as to increase the introduction of infection control equipments , and the related requirements for disinfection and sterilization were analyzed during the purchase and application of the medical devices .RESULTS The awareness of infection control of the medical devices management staff has been intensified to focus on the infection control behaviors during the introduction ,application ,or maintenance of the medical devices , a set of standardized procurement standards have been formed , and the medical devices management staff′s ability to prevent the risk of medical devices-associated infections has been improved . CONCLUSIONS The control of medical devices-associated nosocomial infections should be included into the procurement evaluation criteria during the procurement of the medical devices so as to create standardized management and provide the patients with safe medical service .
