摘要
针对装备系统可靠性求解精度不足的问题,将Copula函数应用于装备系统可靠性分析中,建立了具有相关性的齿轮系统可靠性模型,得到了行程和系统可靠度之间的关系,验证了建立的Gumbel Copula系统可靠性模型解决部件存在相关性时的系统可靠性问题的优越性,为系统可靠性分析及可靠性灵敏度分析提供了方法。
Aiming at the the problem of inadequate solving accuracy on the reliability of equipment system, the Copula function is applied to the reliability analysis of equipment system. A reliability model of gear system with correlation is established, and the relationship between stroke and system reliability is obtained. The superiority of Gumbel Copula system reliability model solving the problem of system reliability with correlation is verified. A method of system reliability analysis and reliability sensitivity analysis is provided.
