2013年福建省中学生饮食行为及其影响因素分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的了解福建省中学生饮食行为及影响因素,为有针对性地开展营养干预提供依据。方法用分层整群随机抽样法与自行设计的调查问卷,对1 006名学生饮食行为进行调查,用Logistics回归分析饮食行为的影响因素。结果中学生进食甜食、油炸食品、腌制食品和烧烤食品每周≥2次的报告率分别为40.26%、39.96%、24.95%和22.86%;每周进食牛奶、蛋类食品、蔬菜、水果≥4次的报告率分别为85.09%、56.46%、94.14%和79.52%;偏食和不吃早餐的报告率分别为35.79%和26.04%;有39.40%的学生在过去30d采取过减肥措施;调查地、营养态度、营养知识、父母干预、是否常在外吃饭等是不良饮食行为的主要影响因素。结论福建省中学生不良饮食行为普遍存在,尽早进行营养干预是今后工作的重要方向。 Objective To understand the condition of dietary behaviors and influencing factors among high school students in Fujian province,so as to provide scientific basis for pertinent nutrition intervention. Methods A total of 1006 students chosen by stratified cluster random sampling were investigated by self-designed questionnaire for dietary behaviors;the influencing factors were analyzed by Logistics Regression. Results The reported rate of eating dessert,fried food,cure food and roast food(all twice or more every week)was 40.26%,39.96%,24.95% and 22.86% respectively.The reported rate of drinking milk,eating eggs,eating vegetables and eating fruits(all four or more every week)was85.09%,56.46%,94.14%and 79.52%respectively;The reported rate of food preferences and having breakfast skipping at least once was 35.79% and 26.04% respectively.About 39.40% students had done something to control their weight.The influencing factors of unhealthy dietary behaviors were survey place,nutrition attitude,nutrition knowledge,parent prevention,often eating in outside and so on. Conclusion Unhealthy dietary behaviors are prevailing among high school students in Fujian province,carrying out effective nutritional prevention early is important for the future work.
