摘要
为进一步研究用于数据中心机房节能减排的技术手段,利用热管原理,开发配套机柜使用的分离式热管空调。通过控制机柜的热负载功率,在实际应用场所测试分离式热管空调的出风温度和回风温度以评估其制冷效果,要求当每个机柜的热负载不大于7 kW时,机柜出风温度不高于27℃。测试数据显示:此类空调在控制机房温度上的效果显著,为该类产品的进一步开发提供依据。
For further study on technology of energy-saving and emission-reduction used in computer room of data center,the principle of heat pipe is used and a separate type heat pipe air-conditioning facility is developed used in the relevant cabinet.Through controlling the cabinet's heat load and testing the outlet temperature and air return temperature of separate type heat pipe air-conditioning at practical application areas,the refrigerating effects are evaluated.It is required when the heat load of every cabinet is not bigger than 7 kW,cabinet outlet temperature is not higher than 27 ℃.The test data show that this kind of air-conditioning has obvious effects in the temperature control of computer room,and the study will provide analysis basis for the further development of this kind of products.
