摘要
针对加速器励磁电源电流精度高、可靠性高、内部干扰强的特点,介绍了用于加速器励磁数字电源高精度模数转换电路的优化设计方法。探讨影响模数转换电路的采集精度、抗干扰能力及长期工作可靠性的几个方面,包括原理设计、电源分配和VHDL驱动程序设计等,并提出优化设计策略。在大功率数字脉冲电源样机上应用优化策略设计的模数转换电路,测试结果表明,该样机不仅长期工作稳定,而且其输出电流误差和跟踪误差优于设计要求。
For accelerator excitation digital power supply with high precision ,high reliability and strong internal interference characteristics ,this paper introduces an optimization design method of AD conversion circuit for dig -ital power supply of high precision in the accelerator field .The circuit influence factors of acquisition accuracy , anti-interference ability and the reliability of long period work are discussed , including:design of principle , power supply distribution , driver design and so on ,and the optimization strategy is put forward .Applied analog-to-digital conversion circuit based on the optimization strategy to a high power digital pulse power supply prototype ,the test results show that the prototype is stable for a long time ,its output current error and trace error fulfilled and exceeded the design requirements .
