乳腺癌基础与转化医学的进展 被引量：6

摘要 随着乳腺癌基础和临床研究的不断深入,临床医师发现同一病理类型、同一分期的患者经过同一方案治疗,疗效却往往迥异,预后相差悬殊,于是开始从乳腺癌的分子水平寻找答案.近年来,乳腺癌分子生物学研究取得了长足进展,但距离把这些研究结果应用到乳腺癌的诊断、治疗上还有很大差距,这就是乳腺癌转化医学研究所面临的重要问题.
