摘要
目的:设计出一种能够对手术灯质量进行检测的装置。方法:充分解读目前现有的相关标准,研究设计测量原理及基本模型,通过测量手术灯中心照度、色温、显色指数、光斑直径等主要参数,检测其质量。结果:该装置能快速检测出医院手术灯的中心照度、色温等参数是否符合相关标准。结论:该装置数据测量快速、外形小巧、便于携带,适用于在野战等各种环境下对手术灯质量的检测。
Objective To design a quality inspection device for the portable surgical light. Methods The existing standards were studied well, and the measuring principle and basic model were explored. The quality of the light was detected by measuring the central illuminance, color temperature, color rendering index, facula diameter and etc. The device could be used for the rapid inspection of the central illuminance, color temperature and etc. Conclusion The quality inspection device is effective and portable, and thus can be applied to the inspection of the surgical light in the field.
