摘要
本文初步分析了NaClO碱性体系中金的溶出行为,在不同NaClO量、NaOH量、温度、时间、液固比等的条件下,实现矿石中FeAsS、FeS2的破坏分解并同时打开包裹的金,实现卡林型金矿的一步浸出。实验中探索可得:以50 g矿样作为实验对象,在NaClO量50 mL、NaOH量20 g、温度30℃、时间4 h、液固比10∶1的条件下,金的浸出率可达到77%以上。
This article basically analyzes the dissolution behavior of gold in NaClO alkaline system : to realize the destruction and decomposition of FeAsS and FeS2 of ore and the one - step leaching of Carlin - type gold under conditions of different amount of NaClO and NaOH, temperature, time, as well as liquid - solid ratio. The result of the experiment shows that with 50g sample ore as the experimental subject, the leaching rate of gold can reach 77% under conditions of 50 mL NaClO and 20 g NaOH whose liquid - solid ratio is 10:1 at the temperature of 30 ℃ through 4 - hour reacting time.
