摘要
从胃癌的病因病机及治法用药规律等方面探讨总结了刘启泉教授辨治胃癌的经验。阐述了"主病机"及"病下辨证"的诊疗思路在胃癌治疗中的具体应用。强调辨病与辨证相结合,基础用药与分期辨证论治用药相结合,证候与症状相结合,中药辨治与西医治疗相结合,药物治疗与摄生调护相结合,注重对证分层用药,针对症状特定用药。
Prof. LIU Qiquan＇s experience in treating stomach cancer was summarized from the etiology, patho- genesis, treatment and medication. The application of main pathogenesis and syndrome identification under disease in treating stomach cancer was discussed. The combination of disease identification and syndrome identification, combi- nation of basic treatment and staging treatment, combination of syndromes and symptoms, combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine, and combination of medication and health preserving should be used in the treatment of stomach cancer.
