摘要
目的:探讨独活寄生汤对下腰痛Modic I型患者治疗效果。方法:选取患者49例,随机分为治疗组25例和对照组24例,治疗组给予独活寄生汤。对照组采取塞来昔布口服,200mg,bid。观察期间,两组皆未采取其他治疗措施。结果:治疗组痊愈2例,显效14例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率92.00%。对照组痊愈1例,显效9例,有效7例,无效7例,总有效率70.83%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活寄生汤治疗下腰痛Modic I型患者,具有良好临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To discuss clinical efficacy of the Duhuo Jisheng decoction on low back pain in Modic I patients. Methods：49 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 25 cases in the treatment group were given the Duhuo Jisheng decoction, and another group was given celexoxib, taken orally, 200mg, bid. Results： 2 cases were recovery, 14 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective;the total efficiency was 92.00%in the treatment group. In another group, 1 case was cured, 9 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective; the total efficiency was 70.83%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Duhuo Jisheng decoction shows good clinical effects, and deserves further promotion.
