摘要
目的了解刚进入平原地区的青海玉树籍学生血常规,对检测结果并进行分析。方法 2011年9月静脉采血,采用全自动五分类血球计数仪PENTRA 60检测。结果血常规监测指标中,玉树男、女生RBC总数、HCT比积、Hb浓度、MONO比率两者比较有统计学意义。结论检测玉树藉学生血常规指标正常值范围,对贫血、血细胞减少症、红细胞增多症的预防、早期诊断及临床治疗具有重要参考意义。
Objective To explore and analyze the routine blood test among the students just entering the plain area from Qinghai Yushu .Methods In 2011 September ,venous blood 2 ml were carried out with the help of automatic fiveclassification blood counting instrument PENTRA 60 .Results Among the project of routine monitoring ,the comparison of the total number of RBC、HCT hematocrit ,Hb concentration ,MONO ratio ,the rate of monocytes ,platelets between male and female students of Yushu was statistically significant .Conclusion Detection of normal values of blood routine index among Yushu students had important reference significance to preventing ,early diagnosis and clinical treatment anemia ,pancytopenia ,polycythemia .
