摘要
以玉米品种天紫23号、黄甜脆1号、白甜糯1号、早鲜黄甜脆幼苗为试验材料,研究了干旱胁迫、干旱胁迫时间和解除干旱胁迫恢复生长后叶片中叶绿素SPDA值的变化。结果表明:利用干旱胁迫处理四个品种玉米幼苗,其叶片中的叶绿素SPDA值均随胁迫时间的增加而下降;解除干旱胁迫恢复正常灌溉7天后,叶绿素SPDA值均上升逐渐恢复接近正常水平,但依然低于对照组。不同玉米品种在干旱胁迫时叶绿素SPDA值的变化有一定的差异,白甜糯1号叶绿素SPDA值相较于其他三个品种在干旱胁迫时下降得最多,恢复的程度也最差。
Four Zea mayswere selected as the material.varieties, Tianzi 23, Huantiancui 1, Baitiannuol and Zaoxianhuangtiancui,Changesin leaf SPDA readings were measured after the following treat-ments : 1 ) no watering; 2) Drought stress time from 1 to 5 days; and 3 ) 7d after relieving drought stress.The Results showed that under drought stress SPDA readings in leaves of Zea mays of 4 varieties redueedwhile the drought stress time prolonged comparedwith the contrast group. After drought stress was re-lieved, SPDA readings in leaves of Zea mays of 4 varieties increased, but were still lower than those of thecontrol group. The change of SPDA readings in leaves of Zea mays of 4 varieties were different. SPDAreadings in leaves of Baitiannuol decreased the most, indicating the poorest extent of recovery.
