摘要
为了研究对选择空调过滤装置至关重要的卷烟厂不同生产区域的粉尘粒径分布,对某卷烟厂不同空调回风中粉尘的分粒径浓度进行测试和分析。结果表明:掺兑区粉尘产生量最大,制丝区次之,卷包区再次之,库房区及其他区最小;掺兑区、制丝区、卷包区空调应选用中高效过滤装置,库房区及其他区选用中效过滤装置,过滤装置性能宜重点考虑粒径大于10μm的颗粒,同时兼顾粒径小于10μm的颗粒。
To study the dust particle size distribution in different production areas important for choosing filters in cigarette factories, the particle size distribution of the dust in a certain cigarette factory was measured and analyzed. The results show that the mixing area has the highest dust generation, the cutting area is the second, followed is the wrapping and packing area, and the warehouse area and other areas have the minimum generation. It is proposed that the air conditioning in mixing, cutting, wrapping and packing areas use the intermediate-high effect filter. The intermediate effect filter should be applied in warehouse area and other areas. Particles with diameters both larger and less than 10 μm should be focused on by the filter.
