摘要
目的:探讨重组人粒细胞刺激因子用于化疗后黏膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2011年2月至2013年2月期间于我院接受化疗后出现黏膜炎的86例患者作为研究对象,根据治疗药物不同,分为实验组及对照组,对照组予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上加用重组人粒细胞刺激因子漱口,比较两组患者疗效。结果:实验组患者对护理的满意度100%显著优于对照组的93%;实验组患者口腔黏膜好转率显著优于对照组,实验组患者症状缓解平均需要3.15±0.63d,显著短于对照组的7.21±1.32d,治愈时间,实验组约7.28±1.43d,对照组约13.89±2.31d。结论:对化疗后口腔黏膜炎患者的局部治疗,有助于患者的恢复,可缩短治疗时间,减轻患者经济负担,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor used in the clinical efficacy of mucous membrane inflammation after chemotherapy.Methods In February 2011 to February 2011 in our hospital during the period of 86 patients of mucous membrane inflammation after chemotherapy as the research object, according to different treatment, were divided into experimental group and control group, control group to the routine nursing care, the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing care plus gargles with recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor, compared two groups of patients with curative effect. Results The experimental group patients to nursing satisfaction significantly better than that of control group 100% and 93%;Experimental group patients with oral cavity mucous membrane, the significantly better than control group, experimental group of symptoms in patients with took an average of3.15 ＋/- 0.63 d, significantly shorter than the control group of 7.21 ＋ / - 1.32 d, cure time, the experimental group is about 7.28 ＋ / - 1 A3 d, the control is about 13.89 ＋ / - 2.31 d.Conclusion For local treatment of patients with oral mucositis after chemotherapy, the recovery of patients, can shorten the treatment time, patients to reduce the economic burden, worth chnical promotion.
