Digital Design and Realize of Analog Correcting Device of the Small Power Servo System

摘要 针对计算机控制系统及电力传动控制系统等课程教学的实际需要以及工科学生实践能力的培养,在SKJ-II型数字随动系统平台上开发了嵌入式控制器,以代替传统的台式计算机、输入输出接口卡及控制软件;建立了SKJ-II型数字随动系统平台的数学模型,其中包括电控箱、直流力矩电机、测速发电机、光电编码器的模型,并且介绍了数字位置随动系统的动态结构框图的简化,经过合理选择ACR和ASR调节器,可以得到双闭环直流调速系统可以近似为一阶比例惯性系统,为便于教学,设计了基于串行通信的PC机大屏幕显示方式,实现了波形显示及给定轮、反馈轮的形态学显示。教学实践结果表明,该设计开发不仅增强了学生对理论知识的掌握,而且能提高学生的理论联系实际能力。 In order to meet the practical needs of course teaching, such as computer control technology, electric drive control system, and train engineering students' practical abilities, this article presents an embedded controller which can replace the traditional desktop computer, input/output interface card and control software on the SKJ - Ⅱ digital servo system. It established a digital model of the SKJ -Ⅱ digital servo system including models of electric control box, DC torque motor, tachogenerator and optical-electricity encoder. A simplified dynamic structure diagTam of digital position servo system was also introduced. Through the reasonable selection between ACR and ASR regulator, we can get the eonclusion that the double closed loop DC speed regulating system can be regarded as a first-order rate inertial system. In order to facilitate teaching, the PC screen display method based on the serial communication was designed. It can realize the waveform display and morphology display of given wheel display and feedback wheel. The teaching practice results show that this design not only improved the learning initiative of students but also improved the abilities of combining theory with practice.
