摘要 在机床驱动系统中无刷直流电机有较多应用,文章主要研究无刷直流电机的控制方法,针对调速系统整体的抗扰动能力方面,给出了转速预测PI控制的调速方式。并重点对转速预测的方法进行了研究,结合传统的预测控制理论,给出了更加简便的多阶增量预测方法,即利用前一时刻电机转速的增量变化规律来预测后一时刻的电机转速,实现对电机转速的控制,获得了在较小的扰动误差情况下减少运算量的效果。通过MATLAB对比仿真,验证了此预测方法和调速方式的优越性。 Brushless DC motor is more used in small and medium drive systems. This paper mainly studied the brushless DC motor control method,for integral speed control system anti-disturbance ability,the speed prediction with PI control adjusting speed method was put forward. And the speed prediction method was mainly studied. Combined with traditional predictive control theory,more simple multi-step incremental forecasting method was proposed. Namely,the previous time variation increased law of motor speed was used to predict the future motor speed,and the motor speed control was realized. In the case of a small perturbation error,the result of reducing the amount of calculation was obtained. By MATLAB contrast simulation,this prediction method and adjusting speed mode superiority were verified.
