摘要
目的：通过了解、分析不合理用药处方，及时与临床医师沟通，从而促进临床合理用药，特别是抗生素的合理应用。方法对我院2012年1月～2012年10月住院处方随机抽取576928张，对不合理用药处方进行登记、归类和分析。结果不合理用药处方577张，占总抽查处方数的0.1%，其中最多的为药物配伍不合理。结论应加强不合理用药的监督管理，提高临床合理用药水平，做到患者用药安全、有效。
Objective To promote the rational use of drugs,especially the rational application of antibiotics by under-standing and analysis of the unreasonable prescriptions,timely communication with clinicians. Methods From 2012 Janu-ary to 2012 October,the 576 928 prescriptions were randomly selected in our hospital,registration,classification and analysis of irrational prescriptions. Results The unreasonable drug use prescriptions were 577,accounting for 0. 1%,the most was drug unreasonable compatibility. Conclusion We should strengthen the supervision and management of irrational use of drugs,improve the level of clinical rational use of drugs,safe and effective for patient.
