摘要 为了解植物根际促生菌(PGPR)的作用机理及定殖动态,综述了植物促生菌的种类和研究进展、影响微生物在植物根部定殖的主要因素、定殖微生物的检测方法、植物促生菌的促生机制包括产生铁载体、固氮、解磷、产生植物生长素等。得出结论应加强PGPR菌株的筛选及适应能力的研究,并将分子生物学技术应用到PGPR的研究中,充分利用传统培养方法与分子生物学技术相结合,跟踪植物根际菌群的变化、演替规律,对今后研究方向进行了分析和展望。 In order to understand function mechanism and colonization dynamics of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR), this paper summarized species and research progress of plant growth promoting bacteria, main influence factors of microbial colonization, detection methods of colonizing microorganisms, promoting mechanism of PGPR including producing iron carrier, nitrogen fixation and phosphate-solubilizing, produce IAA etc. In conclusion, research on screening of PGPR strain and adaptability should be strengthened, and molecular biology techniques should be applied into the study of PGPR. The paper highlighted the full use of traditional culture combined with molecular biology techniques to discuss succession of Research direction in the future was analyzed and forecasted. rhizosphere microflora.
