人性化服务在产妇分娩中的应用效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨人性化服务在产妇分娩中的应用效果。方法将760例产妇分为观察组和对照组,每组380例。对照组产妇按常规护理,观察组产妇在对照组常规护理的基础上实施人性化服务。比较两组产妇自然分娩率、剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率、满意度的差异。结果观察组产妇综合满意度及自然分娩率高于对照组,而剖宫产率、新生儿窒息率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化服务能提高产妇满意度,有效促进医患和谐,明显减少医疗纠纷。可提高产科服务质量,降低剖宫率,减少医疗纠纷。
