摘要
目的观察月经来潮前7 d进行针刺治疗，对于改善原发性痛经伴随症状的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的96例患者随机分为两组，治疗组48例予针刺治疗3个疗程，对照组48例为空白对照。分别记录两组治疗前及治疗后l～6个月的语言评价表（VRS）评分及痛经伴随症状评分（RSS）总分，并比较两组之间的差异。结果治疗组在治疗过程中VRS及RSS评分在持续下降，第3个月经周期治疗结束后，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．001）随访1个月至随访3个月VRS评分及RSS总分与治疗后3个月比较差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论经前针刺对于改善原发性痛经及其伴随症状具有较好效果，治疗3个月后仍能保持满意的疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at seven days before menstruation in improvingsymptoms accompanying primary dysmenorrhea. Method Ninety-six patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomlyallocated to two groups. The treatment group of 48 patients received three courses of acupuncture treatment. The control group of 48patients was used as a blank control. The Verbal Rating Scale （VRS） score and the Retrospective Symptom Scale （RSS） total scorewere counted in the two groups before and after one to six months of treatment. A comparison was made between the two groups.Result The VRS and RSS scores decreased continuously in the treatment group during the treatment. At the end of the thirdmenstrual period after treatment, there were statistically significant differences in the scores between the two groups （P〈0.001）.There were no statistically significant differences in the VRS score and the RSS total score between at the one to three-monthfollow-up and at the end of three-month treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Premenstrual acupuncture has a good improving effecton primary dysmenorrhea and its accompanying symptoms. The therapeutic effect is still satisfactory after the end of three-monthtreatment.
