摘要
冠状动脉分叉病变是冠状动脉介入治疗的一个难点。尽管药物洗脱支架的广泛使用提高了介入治疗分叉病变的疗效,但选择双支架还是单支架、单支架分支开口狭窄是否对吻后扩张、单支架分支血管术中及术后闭塞风险和支架内血栓问题仍值得研究。现就单支架治疗冠状动脉分叉病变分支血管是否对吻后扩张做一综述。
Coronary bifurcation lesions are a potential side effect of coronary artery interventional treatment. Despite the widespread use of drug-eluting stent improves the efficacy of interventional treatment of bifurcation lesions,but the choice of two stents or single stent,final kissing ballooning with ostial stenosis of side branch after single stent,side branch risk of acute closure and stent thrombosis are still worthy of study. This article will review that it is necessary to final kissing balloon in the treatment of coronary bifurcation lesions with single stent or not.
